Buying a house is the most stressful thing I've ever done.

Has it been foreclosed on or is it in the process of foreclosure? The bank is the seller if it's already been foreclosed on.

Ok so if no one offers more than I did, I have a better chance of getting it then..that was my thinking. The realtor said foreclosure.

Its a great little house with tons of potential. Nothing that needs done is too drastic, just cosmetic things. Which is why I'm hoping theres nothing wrong
with the plumbing or foundation or anything.
And the reason I said they're only asking that much because thats what is owed is because that is what the REALTOR told me. I'm not just saying stuff to sound stupid..lol |

Honestly it all happened a lot quicker than I thought so this is why I seem confused. We looked at the house Sunday morning at 10 and by that evening I was
making an offer. I thought it would take at least a day or something, I don't know.
I asked plenty of questions, played out different scenarios and the realtor and loan manager at the realty company didn't seem to be screwing me over. So now I just hope I'm not getting screwed or whatever. |

I know and to be honest it never even crossed my mind because I was so caught up on everything else, which is dumb on my part.

Ew, I bet they have huge crosses in their front yards and several Jesus bumper stickers on all their cars.

They'd try to convert you and if you refused they'd somehow force you to move out.
