My immediate supervisor at my job is insane, the stuff she has said and done to me is absolutely off the wall. The next person over her happens to be a very
good friend of hers. But inorder to go over this woman (assuming she does nothing), I have to speak to her first. Granted I plan on quitting the moment I find
a job that uses my education, but I am terrified that working there will be absolute hell until I leave. I absolutely love everyone else in the department I
work , except I cannot handle what I deal with with this woman everyday.
This was my friday ( i work in a very business hospital dept.)---
-She goes around telling everyone the only reason why patients like me is because I have blonde hair and blue eyes. She has called me the devil because I have blue eyes and because I am Catholic.
-I hurt my foot I am currently seeing on the drs. in this department whom she happens to strongly dislike for no apparent reason. I make my appts. during lunch she has cancelled them out of the computer, screams at me if I as so much speak to this dr., and told me I must run all appts. by her regardless of time because not telling her is taking advantage of her. Since when is if anyones business when I make doctor appts whether they are in the evening or in the middle of the day?
Meanwhile she screams all of this across a busy waiting
room, talk about hippa violations. She told me the only way I can go to my appt is if I switch drs. to one of her choice.
I could go on for days, but that is just a brief rundown. I have every right to be ticked off by this right?
