Yes & Yes. I don't know how much it costs but when i was younger i was obsessed with not picking up and then dialing *69 to find out who called (prior
to caller ID) and my mom was pissed!

So if the person you're calling has caller ID, then the *69 wouldn't work for them anyway? They would still see your number?
I was also told that star 69 is included in most plans anyway, but I would have to find out about my own. |

are you confusing *69 w/ *67. *67 blocks your number if you are calling someone. When calling your number would come up blocked, even if they do the *69.

It does if you don't subscribe to it. I pay an extra 11 bucks for unlimited call waiting, caller id, and all the * codes.

yup *69 costs money also u get taxed on it. but if someone calls you only for one ring and it doesnt show up on the id it will come up with the *69
