I thought that the tonight show taped in LA?It does, but he wasn't on the Tonight Show. He was on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon which tapes in NYC.
The new pictures are nice but they really have nothing to do with Justin and Ciara filming a video.

There's nothing on Ciara's official website about an airing date yet. She just says she'll let us know when.
