I went out clubbin' the past two nights and the smell just KILLED me. Literally made me sick. And I hate how it makes my clothes stink.

That is the worst thing about smoking -- the smell. You can always pick out the smokers. They are the ones that smell like dog shit left out in the sun.
Smokers don't think so because they don't have a sense of smell. |

Oh I feel the same way, I used to hate going to bars when they allowed smoking. It hasn't been long here that they haven't allowed it. And one bar my
boyfriend's friends just love still allows it, that place is disgusting. I refuse to go there now because every other bar is a non-smoking option, not just
one like it used to be.

Me too. I love going to the casino (I don't gamble much...I looove shopping there and going to the restaurants and concerts/shows), but the smoke can be
unbearable sometimes. I always have to make sure I have a bottle of tylenol with me because I get really bad headaches from it and even if I don't get home
until 3am I have to take a shower right away because I reek of smoke. During nice weather I'll even leave my purse and shoes and whatever else I had with
me that smells of smoke outside to air out

The one good thing Blah-go did for us was the smoking ban. It's SO nice coming home at 2 am and not having that battle of shower to get the smoke out or
sleep.

I wish there was a national ban on smoking in public places.

I love the smoking ban too. I wish it was required for the casinos too though.

My city just went smoke-free a few weeks ago and it is so nice going out to bars now and not coming home reeking of smoke and having smoke blown in your face
all night.
But, now I find myself abandoned a lot by my friends when they go outside to smoke. |

This is why I'm glad IL went smoke free.

Smoking was banned in all bars and stores here for about two years now and I was really happy when it happened. I hate the smell of cigarettes and when someone
starts one in their home, it gives me a headache. At least when I'm around someone who starts one outside I can walk away and stay away from them.

say when i woke up it was ice water running on me!
