A friend of mine worked for one for a few years and now works for TSA doing security. She's mentally capable and in her 20s. They paid about $10-12/hour if
I remember right.

My friends mom is one. She is not elderly or mentally challenged. They only pay min. wage but you get tips. She usually gets like 80 bucks a day in tips
