A couple of things in her article I definitely agree with - people knowing ahead of time that Slumdog is going to win everything - a non-American film with no American stars and no actors even nominiated…and Brad and Angie not being in serious contention…puts a real damper on audience enthusiasm. I figure I'll watch the opening so I can drool over Hugh…go file my toenails, clean the bathroom, do some laundry and maybe vacuum…and still be able to catch the last hour when all the big awards are given away. If they wanted to inject some surprised they'd intersperse the big awards thoughout the show instead of clumping them all togehter at the end so people like me know when to tune back in! That article was spot on - I appreciate Nikke telling it like it is. This year's Oscar show producers have created a tacky clusterfuck....but THIS post said it ALL, enjoy (below): So all the big A-list MOVIE STARS turned down requests to present, huh? Well…that certainly explains why Jennifer Aniston was asked…and why she'll show up to rain on Pitt & Jolie's big evening. No, they're not going to win, but being nominated is still a big deal and they should have been able to enjoy the evening without having his undeserving ex-wife staring daggers in their backs all evening. I guess the producers asked Aniston in an attempt to rebuke Jolie for turning them down. What do they expect? The woman has 6 kids and is prepping for a new movie that'll start in less than 10 days. She's got more important things to worry about than presenting the award for Best Lighting or Best Sound Editing. The Anistons of this world will never be nominated for an Oscar so of course she'll jump at the chance to present - and the fact that she can annoy Pitt and Jolie by ruining their evening is a bonus for her. Hope she enjoys herself because I doubt many of the other acting nominees will appreciate what should be a big day for them being turned into Brangelina vs. Aniston by the media because Aniston didn't have the good sense to turn down the Academy. It's always about her PR for that woman. Nobody else matters. I hope she remembers that when she's trying to convince one of the studios to buy her next bad romcom, "The Baster". By paying attention to her we kind of make her important. I won't be watching the whole Oscars, way too long, so will certainly come here to read whatever you report and look at pictures! I'm still hoping our couple will take an Oscar home. I have seen Slumdog and I don't see the excitement.

I am looking forward to seeing Brad/Angie on the red carpet. It will be interesting to read what the final word on the Oscar programing will be. I am sure the press and other media outlets will have a lot to say about the Program and who was on the stage and perhaps why. Yes Brad/Angie and Jennifer will play a big part in that discussion, but there are so many other elements to talk about too. I am sure many of you have heard that Jennifer will be presenting with Jack Black.. Note she will not have the stage to herself. She has a partner. I love that more then I can say. She will not be the focus. That says a great deal to me.. I remember when Angie presented in 2004. She owned that stage, and to me it was her best Red carpet every. She was stunning.. it hurt my eyes to watch her. I don't get the uproar over presenters. They are not the star.. they are the background decorations. But I will be watching the show closely. I will analyze every question asked and take note of it. And as I stated earlier I will be curious to see how the press reacts to the show. So JP fans, I will keep checking back to see what is happening .. We just have a few hours until the show.. See you all later..

And the color! I never realized her boobs were very clear on this pink outfit. I've seen this pics many times before but it's only now that I noticed it. Indeed the outfit was very revealing and sexy especially because of her boobs. I couldn't just imagine the people who saw her in person during that time how they looked at her. Incidentally, the white satin outfit she wore in Oscars 2004 also was very sexy and it's primarily because she was bra-less and the outfit was just perfect for her. One of my faves actually.
