New episode. Whoo hooo!!
Which case is being reopened? Is it something we have been exposed to in the past? |

This episode moved rather slowly. I wasn't all that impressed with it.
I did like everybody's freak out, including Abby's, about Gibbs taking a second seat. "Rule 38." "Oooh." |

Yeah, that's kind of what I took from it too. I liked that they let Tony take the reigns, but I hope this doesn't mean that Gibbs is going anywhere any
time soon!

I didn't get why Ziva and McGee acted like Tony was the only one responsible for putting the guy in jail. They were working with Tony at the time as well
and shared the responsibility of putting him behind bars.
I really can't stand McGee. He's not very attractive to look at, especially when he's being smug about something that Tony has done wrong, and he doesn't bring anything to the show. |

They've all made mistakes, but we don't know when the case was going on, it just said three years ago. We don't know the extent of Ziva's or McGee's involvement. They never went that far into the story. At least Tony admitted he was wrong and did what he could to give the man a new life. And that means letting him leave the country to find the 1 million dollars. And McGee brings a whole lot into the show. He is their resident computer geek for a reason. Abby's good, but not as good as McGee. |

I've caught almost every episode now and while I agree Tony has given McGee a lot of grief, he and Ziva were working with Tony when the guy was arrested.
They should have shared the blame with Tony. Instead, they kept making jokes and acted like they had nothing to do with him going to jail.
I don't like McGee and would be happy if he were shipped off to the spin off that I have no intention of watching. Abby has grown on me now that she has stopped acting like a child whenever one of them gets hurt. |

Penny20 wrote: What I thought was weird was Tony never said anything to the other two about being involved. I would think that he would not stand for their jokes and would quickly say "Hey, where were you when this happened? Oh yeah, in the interrogation room with me!" Even Gibbs told Tony that he worked on it when he (Gibbs) was in Mexico and never mentioned the other's involvement. Not to mention the Prosecuters, Judge and Jury.Probably due to the fact that Tony was the investigator and found all the "evidence" to send him to prison. At least it was nice to have an episode not to have a wrongly accused character not go after the aforementioned people like some shows do. And I think when Gibbs was away, Tony would go to Palmer to throw ideas at him and get feedback. |

Yeah, I thought it was kinda strange that Tony went to Palmer too. I like all the characters on the show, so I'm okay with that. They don't really go
into Palmer's character too much, so it just seemed odd. Obviously they're setting something up...it'll be interesting to see where it goes.

Here's a good site for "NCIS" spoilers. The finale is supposed to be about Tony.
