If you're underweight, just try to make up the calories you burned exercising by eating more. Fruit juice, nuts, and dried fruits are all easy ways to get some extra calories.
what can it mean when you're constantly tired

Exercising should really boost your energy levels. I agree with AA - you're in a cycle of sleeping too much and being tired all the time.

It very easily could be depression, anemia, or in my case as well very low B12, . You have the same symptoms I did, and i was not anemic, but had no b12 in my
system to say.
you can get B12 pills in the vitamin section (DUH) AND that helped me a bit, and it was like a right away reaction. Gave me a bit more energy. But it does turn your pee bright yellow, just to let you know. Good luck, but you really should go the the dr. and not rely on JJB for medical advice. |

Eat breakfast at home. Have a bite to eat mid-morning. Eat lunch. Go for a brisk walk at lunchtime. Have dinner at a similar time each evening. Go to bed
early. Repeat for seven days.
Also, try some Vitamin C supplements. |

Could also be your diet. Foods high in sugars and starches contribute to being tired and lethargic throughout the day.

It could be sleep apnea, too.

Probably that raging inferno in your bladder is burning up your life force. Drink more water.

I was tired everyday I went to work/college...I'd get 8-9 hours and still be sleepy. I never figured out what was wrong?

For me, I think it's my depression. It can really take a toll on you.
