The White House has not disclosed where Obama plans to make his remarks or who would be invited to attend.
But sources familiar with the visit said the White House was searching for a high school, union hall or other location that could accommodate up to 2,000 people and illustrate the Valley's high foreclosure rate. Laveen, Maryvale and Mesa were some of the communities being considered, said one source. |
