My aunt uses a girdle, but her baby is 8 months old. I don't think it's working.

Eh, I don't know what that means to her though. Did she specifically say she didn't use pain meds? B/c to some people, natural just means "not a
c-section." But if she really did it with no meds, kudos to her.

How does that band work? Does it somehow make the waist smaller or does it just fake an illusion of slimness under clothes? Could anyone use one even if they
haven't had a baby?
