The word "terrorism", in the political sense anyways, is not clearly defined. In fact, there is no internationally agreed upon definition of terrorism or terrorist. So technically, you really could pick anything (i.e. Britney Spears fans).

I wrote a paper on terrorism in the Philippines and found plenty of sources. It was fascinating too, I learned a lot about their history.
