...look good on fair skinned hands? I've lately taken to giving myself manicures, but I have no idea what colors would look best on me. I've bought a
couple colors that just don't look right. My nails are longish and oval shaped. I keep the cuticles groomed and I don't have hangnails. IMHO, I have
really nice nails, I just don't know what colors look good.
 Any suggestions?

Black. I have very pale skin, and I think black polish looks great on me.

I like the middle one, but the other 2... not so much. They do have a black one.

My nails are long, so the dark colors look way too overwhelming to me.

Out of those, I'd pick 1 or 2. Love the 1st.
I could wear that pink for a day as a novelty color b/c it's cute but I'd get so tired of it quickly. It's...loud. |

I have pretty fair skin and usually wear dark colors, I really love dark brown at the moment.

The pink isn't as bright, and it's my favorite of the three.

A deep burgundy/red or really dark purple.
I am so pale I blend in with sand on the beach (well even more pale than that probably) and dark purples and reds look good. |

OK, the first one is just a pearly white. My middle finger is the pink one. The third one is the first polish I posted.

1st color, the pink and the dark look weird for some reason, I guess your nails are a bit too long for those colors, they look better with very short nails IMO

They look short in the pic. I mean, they're not claws or anything, but they do have some length to them.

I'm fair skinned, and I usually do rose shades, pinkish mauves, and lighter colors for my fingernails. I usually save the dark or really bright colors for
my toenails.
