similar to the one given in 2008? i.e. To individual taxpayers?
A girl I work with keeps insisting that there will be a new one, but I thought the upcoming ones were just for businesses and such. |

i think it will be in the form of tax credits,
(like $500 per indiviual, $1000 per family...or slightly less than the Bush administration's pkg) which may or may not be funded by reducing the standard withholding allowance. |

You realize that one of the major, long-term goals of the Obama administration is to cut entitlement programs (aka social security, medicaid and medicare...
all of which are forms of welfare).
