^ Congrats! I've lost like 2 pounds so far but I'm going to weigh myself again towards the middle of the week. Today was definitely better, thankfully!

I just rejoined weight watchers so I only weigh in when its the weekly meeting. I don't keep a scale at my apartment either otherwise I'd go bat shit
crazy weighing myself every ten minutes.

I think everyone in this thread should check out sparkpeople.com. I lost 20 pounds with this website last Winter, and I am going on round two with them now!
Its completely free, and completely great.

I use Sparkpeople. I started using it the beginning of August and working out at the gym. Since August, I have lost just over 30 pounds. I still have quite a
bit to go.

Does anyone have any suggestions for lower ab toning? I swear I've done all of the typical exercises(butt lifts, different angled crunches, etc) and if
they don't hurt my back somehow, I just give up and stop doing them. My lower abs seem to be my final hurtle to cross. I'm open to suggestions.

I use SparkPeople too and love it! I lost 10 pounds and now I'm maintaining but working on gaining muscle.

So how is everyone doing so far? I am down an official 5 pounds now(from when we started this thread) and fit into a size 8 jeans today, which I've never
done before and it feels so good!! 15 more pounds to go!

Congratulations!!
I am using SparkPeople too -- it's helping me be more aware of what I'm eating, definitely. It's hard for me to get the right number of calories, I'll have 800 days and 2000 days, so that's what I'm working on (aiming for about 1200). I haven't lost any weight yet really but it hasn't been long, I need to get more exercise. |

I just signed up there a couple days ago. I like it quite a bit.. I just hate the cardio section. I always do speed intervals when I do cardio, and there's
nothing but the note section to add that part in.

Okay, it's been a while. How's everyone doing?
I keep fluctuating back and forth but haven't gained anything thankfully. I'm still down another 6 pounds and keeping that off. I hope to hit my final goal weight by the end of next month at the latest! Hope everyone else is doing well! |

Wow, this thread got lost in the shuffle! How is everyone doing thus far? We need some positive motivation!
I only have 11 pounds to go to my FINAL goal weight and am getting excited to make it this far. I had to renew my gym membership the other day and have officially lost 69 pounds to the date! |
