revealed that she and husband Rob Bonfiglio are expecting another girl: "It's Luciana - but we'll call her Lucy. Tge baby is
due in June.

^ Yea my cousin is due in may with her 2nd kid, and not nearly as big. Carnie looked heavy before the pregnancy though, so that's probably why.
