My main goal is losing these last 20 lbs. I've lost a little over 60lbs since last march and my main focus right now is toning my abs and trying to get any signs of jiggle gone. It's been the hardest part so far. Besides going to the gym 2-3 times a week, I'm trying to find new recipes that are healthy and not so boring as everything else i've been eating. I blame Christmas and all of the yummy things that comes along with it!
I'm having some pain back there but when I lift up on my toes I definitely feel it. I have to work
out but I don't know if ignoring it is a good idea. Anyone have any idea what I possibly could have done?
