I'm going to a party that requires this - and I'm so lost! My roommate said "oh, so like, formal wear with a mohawk?" and then my brother
said that he had a brown leisure suit that he's going to accessorize...
Any other ideas?

If there's not an actual host, you're probably safe with wearing just about anything, especially at a club. Just looks kooky.
