Anyone have a good diet /weight loss system that doesn't entail going to the gym?

I want to lose weight without going to the gym. I definitely want to diet, try to go jogging on days when there is no ice on the ground, and do crunches and
squats.

I'm trying to lose 50 pounds this year. I don't diet, I eat healthy for the most part and small meals every three hours. Lots of vegetables, fruits,
whole grains, low-fat dairy. As far as exercise, you could do yoga and pilates a few times a week. Buy a few DVD's and do it at home. Jogging is a great
idea

I believe you automatically jinx yourself if your resolution is to lose weight!

I'm trying to lose weight as well. Luckily I have a treadmill and some other equipment at home. I work out like in spurts usually, which isn't good
enough. So I'm trying to make it a regular part of the day. And I'm really working on learning to eat well.

I am doing a detox next week. And then going into a walking plan.

LOL @ JRTZHUNNIE.
Yoga is a GREAT idea. I want to lose belly fat mostly. I like having hips and an ass but I am afraid that if I don't do weight lifting I will lose my mass. I just want to get toned and shed the beer belly. |

My resolution this year is not to drink any soda, and that will help me lose a few pounds and also help my teeth.

Me! I mainly just need to tone, but I'd be happy if I lost about 5 pounds.

i want to loose weight this year too. of course, i've had about 5 "last hurrahs" instead of actually buckling down and starting to detox.

Me and my boyfriend are going on our "last hurrah" tonight. I am trying to decide which fast food I want.

I need to get in shape but I don't want to call it my New Year's resolution. My goal last semester was to be 180lb by finals. Fortunately enough, I
failed. I was 155 to start out with and I ended at 175. I'm now at 170.
My dad's a personal trainer and gave me all these things that fit in my suitcase so I can workout when I get back to school. |

I plan on gaining weight! It's kind of scary to be 5'2 and 135 lbs. out on a rugby field. I'm want to be 150, but I also want to be solid muscle.
This is going to be tough.
