What would cause small bruises (pencil eraser size) all over your legs, when you know its not from injury?

Really? Yum...I have an appt for my little guy and they said they would get him in this week. I asked my husband to take him incase there is blood work needed.
Looks like it might be!

Thanks! I dont have the best of luck with my kids I swear
 I have been even staying up to watch him sleep and there is NOTHING that explains where they are
coming from. They are all over his legs and they are just tiny little ones, but enough that I am concerned.
