2.5 weeks after I ended my antibiotics for it. I want to just cry because it feels like I'm swallowing pins and needles. And my throat is all white and
disgusting...again.
The irony of it is that 2.5 weeks ago was the very first time I've ever had strep. |

You must not have gotten rid of it the 1st time. Maybe the antibiotic wasn't strong enough, or wasn't taken long enough.

I did forget to take two pills.
But the antibiotic was something different. I should have just taken the Augmentin and not this other stuff! The weird thing is last time it was my left tonsil that hurt...now it's my right one that really hurts. |

Having my tonsils removed was one of the best things I've ever done.
 I have not had strep throat since.

I had strep throat the week of Thanksgiving and went on antibiotics. About 4-5 days after I was done with the antibiotics, my tonsils got swollen again and I
had white spots. I went to urgent care because my charge nurse sent me home. Turns out I have mono. Don't mean to scare you, but it could be that otherwise
the strep didn't fully go away. :/
