I just did the checkered nails design. It's my first try doing them and I think they came out looking really good! It took me 10-12 minutes to do each nail
except the pinky
 ...
What do you guys think? And also, what's your favorite nail design besides the French manicure?  Pics would be nice..
Excuse my face, lol.

these are cooooooooool.
i don't have the patience nor the ambidextrousy(  ) to do my own nails, much less a design.

Damn! Those came out great. How did you do them? Did you trace them out beforehand, or did you use a stencil?

Thanks guys!
First I put on 2 bases of white nail polish, then while their half dry half wet u use a string to do the lines, horizontal then vertical, to make the squares. Then grab a really thin brush, in this case I used my liquid eyeliner brush, dip it in black nail polish and draw it in the little squares.

Those are great! I do weird things to my nails all that time.. but that tops all of mine. Great job.
