Ew, the salted caramel hot chocolate is a gross mistake.
The regular hot chocolate is good, though. Or a soy chai. |

Sara, I got the salted caramel hot chocolate and I was thoroughly disappointed. I think it's cuz they didn't have that much mix left and gave me the
end and then he tried to cover it up with whipped cream but he didn't do a very good job.
 And I really wanted to tell him something, cuz I worked
for Starbucks and if you're gonna try to cover up the lack of drink, there should be way more whipped cream. But I opted to just leave it alone.

I think bux is trying to do too much and be too many things. I agree, the quality of their classic drinks has suffered.
