I'm budgeting $1000. This is the first Christmas that I have a real job and feel like I have to give back to my parents. Plus, my boyfriend is expensive.

I'm trying to stick to about $30 per person for my Mom, Dad, Brother, Brother's Girlfriend, 3 Best friends, Niece, and some other small things for a
few other people.
I have no choice but to be cheap this year because I'm broke. |

I'm horrible! I probably won't spend more than $50 total for everyone.. I went on a shopping spree back in october and bought stuff that didn't fit
or I ended up hating, but I lost the receipt. I'm gonna take it to the store and get like 150 in store credit and buy my mom something out of that.
and I'll probably give my sister like 3 video games i bought this semester haha
Boyfriend gets nothing

$0. It's ok because everyone I know understands because I don't have a job and won't this christmas or next. I may make stuff but we'll see.

I think I'm going to end up spending about $800ish total... on average about $50-60 per person. Bf is probably going to be about $125 or so.

Somewhere between $500 and $600, I think. Much better than two years ago, when it was $1,000! I don't have that kind of money now.

How bout, none? I have no kids or SO, so I should be all good. I make it a point to let people know how broke I am.

$25-50 per person. x6 people I spent money on 4 dogs already and that broke me because they need various things for their health more than people need on their
own wishlists.

$60. My family already buys what they want so we're not buying each other anymore junk so I only have to buy gifts for 4 friends.
You people like to spend money! |
