Whenever I send her an email, she tells me wrong ticket number. I used the one in the syallbus, but she said it was wrong and to use another one, which she
gave me. When I got kicked out of the exam last night, I emailed her with that number in the subject line and she responded "Wrong course number, email
will be deleted."
So I re-sent the email with the other number and she said to use ANOTHER number. I'm confused as all get out. So, this is what I wrote. I haven't sent it yet. Does it sound okay?
Professor ,
Thank you for the opportunity to re-take the exam, I appreciate it.
Just so I am perfectly clear, when sending the chapter quizzes I put "13295" in the title, correct? In earlier emails, that is what you stated. I just want to make sure I understand correctly and no more misunderstandings are done on my part. My syllabus says that for the OMC quizzes we should send them to 13285, which I did previously but was told to put 13295 in place of it.
"Once you have received your results forward them to hername@ myschool.edu and in the subject space make sure to put your first and last name and course ticket number 13285."
I apologize for the confusion, but I want to do succeed in your class and knowing the correct number(s) to use in any future emails would greatly help.
Sincerely,
Megan
