I'm not a fan of how Anna is playing Sookie, but I like Sookie. She's a little flighty but still a strong character. But I can understand why she
kissed Sam. A. Sam came on to her because Sam still has the hots for her. If anything, I'd be pissed at Sam for doing that to Tara, not Sookie doing that
to Tara. And B. Sam's not a complete stranger, she's known him for a long time and he is a friend and they did go on a date before and kiss. Plus she
thinks Bill has left for good, I don't think she was ever told he was going on trial for killing a vampire to protect her. All she knew was he was going
and wouldn't let her come and she didn't know when he'd be back.
So she's scared for her life, she was almost killed, she needs protection from Sam, she found out he's a shape shifter, she feels like Bill has left her. I mean come on, the amount of crap she has on her plate and she wanted a little comfort. And who was there next to her, stroking her hair and back and looking at her like he was and always has been in love with her? Sam. So she caved for a split second and they kissed. People do a lot of things they probably shouldn't do while being confused or pressured.
