It is a celebration of those who have passed on. There are parades and such. I am going to a celebration tonight. You have to dress up as a dead person. Anyone else going to a Dia De Los Muertos celebration? This is an approximation of my costume. Without the flower.

I threw a huge party last year and made about 3 dozen sugar skulls for everyone to decorate and I also made a pinata that no one would break: This year I didn't have a party because I'm too busy with school but I did dress up as a Catrina for Halloween and I'm doing it again tonight
