I think what he did was stupid but his friend should have had his seat belt on. I;m sure he won't let anyone ride in his car without their seatbelt but

Those jeans aren't doing her any favors. And I hope Nick has learned a lesson. It's hearbreaking what happened to his friend. He needs to show respect
for his friend's life.

I've had friends in this situation- one person was drinking and driving (over 21 though) and they crashed and the passenger got hurt and everyone turned on
the driver. While the driver is partly to blame- the passenger isn't completely blameless- especially when the passenger isn't wearing a seatbelt. I
don't know- it's a sad situation all around. I wish everyone would stop with the blame game- I think it's easy to blame the driver because
they're "in control" and definitely because of the state that the passenger is in now. So sad.
