Well actually she hasn't ALWAYS been big breasted. When she lost weight, she lost her boobs too.
Anyway, the larger chest makes her look like she has a waist in some of the pictures. |

Dunno if it's the top but she definitely looks bigger compared to a little while ago. And regardless, she was MUCH smaller last time she lost weight and
was that small.
