Prior to Obama becomming the Presumptive Nominee of our party for President of the United States he, and campaign staff (et al) flew in a North American Airliner. The markings on all North American Airliners are the same and they are all trademarked. So, when you lease (or purchase) an Airplane and put your own name (or your companies name) on it you cannot use the copyrighted trademarks of the company you are leasing (or purchasing) the plane from. Hence the paint job. But it doesn't stop there. John McCain's airplane doesn't have a trace of the American Flag on it other than that which is legally required by law to identify the country of origin the plane comes from. This flag is painted next to the numbers on all aircraft, as it is also done on Obama's plane.
