I think the ratings have proven that GG is only popular with the press, not with the public. UB is more popular. Why not ask America about that?

It was rude, I doubt Blake would have reacted that way if the press asked America about Ugly Betty. UB is nothing superior, ratings had dropped a ton, they had
to move the set cross country to be cheaper, it's close to cancellation.
You can't really compare ratings with CW and ABC. Nobody knows what GG's ratings would be if it was on a network channel like ABC. |

I see the point that you cannot compare something like the CW to a major station-like, the top CW show brings in 4-5 million TOPS while the top shows on the 4
major broadcasting stations bring in 10 million+ or even 20 million. But GG is not even doing well for CW-definitely not the top show, middle of the pack
results ratings wise. It is weird tabloids are all over it because viewers are not.

It is like comparing a major label to an indie one-you can say all you want that they both have Cds in all major stores across the country, but do you really
expect an indie label to produce tons of million sellers when the top indie cd usually only sells a million TOPS?
CW is not considered one of the major stations that everyone knows and everyone considers when watching TV. Its just not. |
