I think there is a huge difference between Reese and Katie (in regards to the rolling). They way Reese's pants are rolled is nothing new to me, people roll
their pants like that, maybe go higher for a capri look or the way Reese has it for a clam digger look. But Katie's rolled and tight to the ankle
hasn't been around since the early 90's
