They're supposed to smell until all of the oil stuff runs out of them right?

That's what I thought. Mine still has over half the oil stuff in it and it doesn't smell anymore. I bought one for my grandma too and she said that
hers has never smelled.
I have the coconut vanilla scent and my grandma has warm vanilla sugar.

Yeah, I think it really depends on the scent. I'm on my second one, and NOTHING! Im kinda bitter about it.

Yeah I've bought some and they will smell for like the first week they are plugged in and then I can't smell them in the room anymore. I thought that
it was only because I got used to the smell but I don't think that anymore.

Do you think if I took it back if they'd exchange it or let me return it? I bought a bunch of refills and I don't want to keep it if it's not going
to smell for more than like a week or two.

I still have my receipts. I have them sitting with my refills just in case this should happen. I don't know what to do. I loved it while it was working but
I don't want to be shelling out money to get refills every 2 weeks when it's still like 3/4 full of oil.

A couple things could be happening with them. They generally are still scented and work fine up to the 6 to 8 weeks. Sometimes you get extremely acclimated to
the scent and can't smell it much, but you should be able to still smell the fragrance when you open up the door to go into a new room, etc. Do you keep
them in rooms where the window's and doors are open? If you do that's another problem with any wall fragrance unit. Having the house open creates
drafts and won't allow you to smell the fragrance as much, and most times it will make the oil run out quicker. Some scents are just generally much lighter
in scent as well.

I keep it in my bedroom and my windows are shut and my bedroom door is shut probably 12 or so hours a day. I used to be able to smell it as soon as I got home
and opened the front door but now I don't. I can't even smell it in my bedroom. The only way I can smell it is if I unplug it and put it directly under
my nose. Then I care barely smell it. My grandmas never even had a scent though.

Just take it up there. Explain it's not working anymore. They will give you a new one. You'll sign the exchange slip. Easy as that. We had people from
time to time come up to the store with a unit that just quit working.

I'd totally return them then. People really love them and they have worked great for me but we get people in from time to time who return them and say the
same thing. They must be temperamental.

All right thanks guys. Looks like I'll be taking a trip to the mall tomorrow. I'll have to call my grandma and see if hers is working now. If it's
not, I'll see what she wants me to do about hers.
