hmmm...tough call. The shoes are so busy, I'd go with a relatively plain outfit so that they stood out. Maybe a solid dress in a color that complimented
the heels. Or jeans and a solid top. Personally, I'd avoid prints cuz that'd be too busy on top and bottom.

Brown or camel pants, capris or bermudas with an ivory or black satin top and bag that pulls out the colours in the shoes (ie. orange, mustard).

I wouldn't wear something with really bright colors, it might make the shoes stick out too much. I'd try some deep brown wide leg pants with a burnt
orange top and maybe some gold colored earrings.
