I always have trouble ordering mixed drinks at bars that give me a good buzz but without the strong taste of alcohol. Im tired of always ordering a Sex on the
beach. What are some really good mixed drinks that are strong but have a good taste to them as well?

Get some sort of flavored vodka with a splash of water, and then put in a few limes. You can't taste the alcohol!

Any of the fruit flavored martinis - apple, cosmo, raspberry. Like anything, it depends on the bar how strong the drinks are.
My go-to is usually vodka-cranberry or vodka-pineapple. |

A lot of people drink vodka cranberries. If a bartender didn't know what it was, I'd be a little worried.
I'd be careful ordering a martini in a crowded bar, because of the shape of the glass they're in. They spill easily. If you do, ask for it in a normal glass, not a martini glass. |
