How old is Matilda? She looks a little big to be still using a stroller, or is she tall for her age?

Well, I've read like 12 different captions of that picture today.
I've read that it's Nathan Buckey and that is Trevor DiCarlo. I've read that whoever it is, is either Heath's best friend and/or his sister Kate's husband.
