Through highschool and the beginning of University, I was also pretty stable around 145 pounds. I don't know exactly what happened, but after coming home from vacation, I was really upset by how I looked in pictures and realized that I weighed 159.
August 2006 - 159 pounds


So, by January I weighed 145 again. Over the spring/summer my weight slowly creeped back up to 150
August 2007 - 150 pounds (better - but still have some tummy fat!):

Now, my weight has been stable at 140 for the last few months, and I'm just working on toning up a bit more:
April 2008 - 140 pounds


I know there isn't a huge difference (people who I see every day never even noticed I lost weight), but I can definitely tell. I never
thought I was 'big' before, in fact I always considered myself relatively skinny. It was more when I saw 159 I was freaked out, b/c I was scared I was
going to keep putting on more and mroe weight if I didn't change something. At 159 my size 10 pants didn't fit (I wore skirts that whole vacation). Now
at 140, I'm easily a size 6. I'm 5'10"
