i think hilary would look a bit better if she did something to her hair. i really love her dress. her shoes totally kill the outfit though. i hate those shoes.

Hil's dress is wrinkled, boring, and wrong for her shape. Same for Haylie minus the wrinkled part. Both sisters have cute shapes, but neither has dressed to her potential here. |
