@Lady G Right seven years. Wow. My math is horrible. I kept thinking about 2002. Maybe because I was thinking of her divorce then. But I know what you mean about saying 'wha-' while reading the article. It's not that we see negative of everything. It's just that this article touched on things we usually see on tabloids which are negative. IMHO. |

Most celebrities especially female celebrities only get a VF cover if they dish on something, whether it's a divorce, and/or a personal problem
they've gone through like Teri Hatcher and being molested as a child. Angelina didn't have to do any of that for a cover. So I think you see where the
writer had to come up with filler for the article. I had a feeling it was going to be like this because nothing leaked about the interview. VF is about the
pictures with her not the actual article.
Best things in the interview Maddox's reaction about Marcheline and telling Angie she's sitting in the chair next to them, the origin of Shiloh's name and one of the Christmas gifts Brad got Angelina. Come on, the writer even screwed up the girls being in DC, not the boys that was an easy confirmation to get since she said it publicly and was seen with them there. Sloppy That whole MSN report on 3 nurses is probably complete bs considering the source is Petit Tresor who's being sued currently for making up lies and selling them to the tabloids for publicity. Why would she need 3 nurses in France? It's France which has some of the best medical care in the world.

I think the VF article is ok, but wasnt that interesting because the interviewer, Richard Cohen is a straight man, and he relied more on his perceptions of
Angelina and got some facts from various articels/news on her but didnt bother to check the facts. Cohen was better in his interview with GC for VF also, I
suppose its like a man to man thing, it was longer and meatier, but he has the same tendency to use superlatives on his subjects.
Im guessing he didnt have enough time with Angelina to be able to ask many questions, and talked about mundane stuff that were not anymore included in the article. Or that Angelina wasnt that chatty to him, I suppose was more guarded (because I think she was still keeping the twin pregnancy a secret), that he didnt get enough new stuff from her. |

Has anyone watched the video yet?
I loved how she said that she wasn't telling her due date because people would stress about it.  Very true. I also like how she said she would never read garbage tabloid
stories about friends and/or people she knows because she doesn't want it stuck in the back of her mind.
I agree the best part of the interview was Maddox, Christmas gifts and Shiloh Baptist. The name has meaning for everyone in their family including her father |

Sorry guys..but I have to tell this
I am so dissappoint of the interview.. I was waiting an interview full of Angie comments and talks as an actress ,mother and UN worker but I think All we got is full of writer's comments and thoughts especially that she stole Brad from X and little interview with Angie.. It is really disturbing.. How can they dare to write this? it is like a betrayal to Angie.. It is all rumor and this mag. suppose to be reliable and serious..If I were Angie nor Brad I will never ever do an interview with VF.. 
However.. I really like the Angie comments especially abput her mother and ofcourse lovely,hottie photoshoot

She probably only agreed to do the cover if it wasn't a full blown rehash of the past 3 1/2 yrs (yes it's been that long) so they needed to spice it
up. Thus, the writers comments. I'm glad she did the photoshoot because she looks fabulous

Ok. So Ritzy is back. I have to get my IGNORE button ready.
I think we all agree on the best parts of the article. That's what I love about Angie. She would tell things (like Brad's Christmas gift, Madd's reaction about his grandmom, about Shi's name) like she would tell a good friend. You know it's personal but it's not like she's opening up and selling her personal life, you know what I mean? You could tell the genuine excitement about her sharing this information about her life and letting us take a peek to her seemingly 'normal' family. Plus of course, I'm still staring at the photos like there's no tomorrow. |

The VF pictures are fantastic. I was looking at Marie Clare magazine Angelina did last yr and I noticed her face is much fuller in these new pictures. The
pictures were taken in late Jan. 08.

Anything Angelina says about Brad, the kids, her father, her work, her life has become red meat to starving wolves. When people say they didn't like
the few excerpts that were released I always wonder what exactly are people looking for her to actually say?
