When I try to be, yes, I think I achieve it, but I don't try much lol.

Sometimes. I used to have really bad self esteem all the time but now I can look in the mirror and think I look decent, pretty or sometimes even sexy.
 But
I can still see the ugly girl often too.

I need to change my response. TODAY I do not think I'm pretty. Like most of you, I do think I am/can be when I try. Sometimes I even look in the mirror and
think, "Wow. If I could just lose all this weight, I'd be hot." Those days are rare, though. What makes me think I'm not pretty is my weight.

I don't think I am hideous, but I don't think I am astoundingly gorgeous either. My self esteem has gone up since I have started losing weight, so that
