Dude, I couldn't care less about the peeing, to be honest. I want the facial hair and acne gone!
I really appreciate the input in this thread, though! |

Dr S, I actually am really into this issue, because I was misdiagnosed for years with : adrenal issues, adult acne that was just considered
"resistant", or gaining weight around my midsection for NO REASON.
I was ready to go on that acne medicine that takes 6 months and you have to take blood tests for. Getting diagnosed PROPERLY changed my life. Taking met and learning about the connection with insulin resistance and PCOS changed my life and my body. Check out that book and the website I told you about. Get an repro endocrinologist that is up to date with modern PCOS treatments. Do not let them tell you otherwise. Be strong!! I lost 21 pounds and have kept it off for two years. I have clear skin that honestly makes me cry after soooo many years of awful acne. It can get better honey!! |

I was recently prescribed Aldactone for my adult acne, have been on it for about two weeks. Hope it works!

For those with PCOS, were you also prescribed metformin/glucophage?
