Early. I don't study in advance. If I study I have to cram just a few hours before the test. Everytime I really tried to study I would do poorly. Maybe I
overthink but stuff just gets jumbled in my head.

Wake up earlier. Staying up later and trying to study when I'm already tired just makes me more sleepy and I end up not absorbing/understanding anything.

I just did both. I went to bed at 4:30AM and woke up at 8AM.

Stay up late. Once I'm asleep, there's no getting up earlier than I have to.

I"ve tried staying up late and it gets me nowhere because I"m already exhausted from a dlong day. So this upcoming year I'm gonna try waking up
early to study.
