I'm the same way, and I can't sleep with my feet under the covers but I have to sleep with covers on no matter how hot it is.

I always have to have the fan, I can't have ANY light in the room (I throw panties/shirts/whatever over my digital alarm clock so that I won't see the
glare), and I can only sleep on my stomach.

I have a bunch:
-I always sleep on my stomach -I can't sleep with shorts/pants on(just undies) -I hate sleeping w/ socks on -I sleep with one leg stretched out, and one leg curled up next to me -I always have to have a blanket over me, even when it's like 90 degrees out. |

No socks, have to be facing away from the door and I have a tendancy to partially wake up and freak out. Than remember nothing in the morning.

Feet have to be covered, unless I'm wearing socks. But there are times I feel hot when I use socks, so I get rid of them in the middle of the night and
have my feet covered again. Also, I can only fall asleep on my stomach (always wake up laying on my back). And one arm has to be underneath the pillow I'm
laying my head on.

-I sleep with my ceiling fan on.
-I have to have my feet sticking out from under the blanket/comforter/whatever. -I can't fall asleep unless my tv is on. And if my sleep timer shuts off before I'm in a deep sleep, I wake up. -I can't sleep with socks on. -I have to sleep with a blanket on, even if it's just a really thin one in the middle of summer. I think that's everything. |

Fan on and I have to wear a tank top.. I cannot stand getting all tangled up in a shirt. No socks and I stick my feet out from under the blankets. In the
summer, I need a sheet covering me

Man, I used to LOVE sleeping with no sound and absolutely darkness. Now I need a fan and the TV on. With the TV, I use it as a light and sometimes I'll
fall asleep to movies on low. With the fan, I use it for the air. I don't know why but without it, I start sweating and getting really hot. I also like the
noise. I used to laugh at people who said "oh yea, I need a fan on while I sleep for the noise." Now I feel bad because I understand
I hate having my feet covered. When I was a younger girl, I always had to have blankets tucked under my feet because I was afraid of little gremlins or alligators that would come from under the bed and eat my toes Also when I was younger, I enjoyed blankets and top sheets. Now, I never make my bed with a top sheet and the only blanket I use, no matter the season, is a down comforter. |

I have to sleep with socks on and have a blanket covering and the room must be warm. That's about it.

Because I work a back brace when I was in high school, the only comfortable position to sleep in it was to have my knees in the air. That became the norm for
many years and even though I don't wear the back brace anymore, I still sleep w/my knees up.

I have to have all lights/radios/tv, etc. off. I can't sleep otherwise, too many distractions.
I usually sleep on my stomach with my feet hanging off the bed, and if I end up going to sleep with socks on, they're usually kicked off by the morning. |

I have to sleep with a fan on too. I have to have my sheets tucked in at the bottom or it annoys me. My feet can NOT be out of the covers or I feel like
someone can grab me or bugs can crawl on me.

I have to be on my left side. The fan has to be on medium. The air has to be at 70 (I don't care how cold it is outside, I can tell when it's not at
70!). I have to get into bed with a shirt on and then by the 5th time I've gotten up to pee it has to come off or I can't go back to sleep

TV has to be on, and I can't sleep in complete darkness. I have to sleep on my stomach or my side .. I can't sleep on my back. I always have to have a
cover even if it's really hot. I just recently devoloped the habit of sleeping ON my arm .. like tucked under my stomach.
