I am thinking of an apartment but it has horrible reviews on it.
Do you really listen to those apartment review sites?

I listened to apartmentratings.com. Are there other apartment rating sites out there?
I would have a VERY hard time moving into an apartment that received bad reviews. But that's just me, I suppose. |

Not really. People whine & complain about anything on those sites.
People complained big time about where I chose to live and I have no problem living there. I've never had any of the problems they've listed. *shrug* |

My apartment received alot of complaints but I haven't had any issues....yet. So far, I think it's an awesome place.

No. I listen to my aunt who has been a real estate agent for 20+ years.
