At the end he opens the door and walks out eventhough he opened that door a few times throughout the video. Did they finally find him and move the door so he
could walk out? I guess I don't know the backstory.

^ I presume when he opened the door the first few times the lift wasn't level with the floor so he just opened it into a wall - by the time he opened it to
walk out they must've moved the elevator to a level where he could get out.

I saw him on a morning news show - apparently he was at work late on a Friday night and went outside for a smoke break. The elevator got stuck in between
floors (which is why you see a brick wall when he forces the doors open). Since it was a weekend, the building was pretty much deserted, so no one was using
the elevator anyways.
Also, apparently this happened quite a while ago (over 5 years ago). He didn't have a cell and couldn't text or anything. Apparently he "relieved" himself by opening the elevator doors and peeing down the elevator shaft. He still sounded pretty bothered by the whole ordeal, so many years later. |
