No heels with that skirt. A cute pair of flats in a bright color or patent or metallic would be the closest thing to dressy.

how dressy are you talking about? like a wedding or fancy restaurant? nothing you put on your feet can make that skirt dressy enough, sorry
you can make it look dressed up, to wear somewhere nice as in not the beach or anything. MAYBE you could pull off a wedge but it runs the risk of looking a little party-girl but I agree with "marie0707" that you could do some nice flats a la Marisa Cooper from The OC. |

I love to pair my mini jean skirt with dressy top + black suede boots (with black sheer stockings).
I have something similar to this top - long kimono gold silk from BCBG - but I couldn't find the pic anymore.

I played with it a bit. I think a sophisticated color palate really helps you dress it up without slutting it up too much. haha, does anyone else watch How I Met Your Mother? Cuz that just reminded me of "Suit Up!" and the time Barney told Robin and Lily to ""Slut Up!"  it's SUCH a great show... and end random tangent.
