How does TMZ knows everything as soon is it happens? This is all kinds of wrong. This woman deserves her privacy. I'm not so sure that they do know everything. I think all the gossip agencies are able to claim anything as crazy or out there as they like about Britney right now since she's so clearly out of it - because now people find pretty much anything plausible with her and so they stop questioning the source. Everything is now being taken pretty much as fact, so they can throw out truth or lie and have it equally taken at face value. Like this... I think anybody who can count can work out that her 72 hours are up. So if she's not coming out, logic dictates that she's gone into the next stage which is the 14 day extra stay. Recycle into that the bipolar claim which they've been making for a few weeks now and ba da bing ba da boom - "breaking" news. |

This is good news but how does TMZ get this information?A person in the Britney thread had somebody from her family work at that hospital and she said they're pretty private and if any information gets leaked they're fired. |

Her dad, even with the conservatorship, has no say in her actual treatment or release date. He does have access to her medical records now and can express his
wishes but it is up to the medical staff what goes on. Even if she agreed to voluntarily stay for treatment for a time I'd still get a 5250 just to
ensure that legally for X amount of time she cannot leave until a professional says. If they went solely on her agreeing to treatment she could sign herself
out against medical advice at any time; so in cases where the person agrees to treatment voluntarily, but staff is afraid that the patient will change their
mind a 5250 is usually sought.

TMZ has learned tomorrow is shaping up to be an all-out war in the Britney Spears conservatorship case. Sources say lawyers for Britney will try to convince the Commissioner that Britney "feels hatred" toward her dad, doesn't trust him and wants him removed as co-conservator. 
Here's the way it's gone down this weekend. Yesterday, a lawyer for Trope and Trope (Brit's divorce/custody attorneys) went to UCLA to visit Britney. After being there a short time, one of the staff doctors asked the attorney to leave, because the co-conservators objected to the visit. Sources say tomorrow, Trope and Trope will appear at the court hearing. Along with attorney Adam Streisand, who specializes in estate law, and ask that both co-conservators be removed. They will argue that the appointment of Jamie in particular is inappropriate given Britney's bitter feelings toward him and that Britney wants him out. On Friday, the Commish appointed Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet as co-conservators. Trope lawyers and Streisand will ask that both conservators be replaced. Sources say the Trope firm will not object to a conservatorship for Britney, but they'll ask that a different conservator be appointed. We're told the Trope lawyers and Streisand have not finalized who they want to replace the current conservators. |

Britney Spears has expressed hatred towards her father -- that, we know. Yet sources say today she asked that both of her parents be at her bedside. And
that could create problems for the Trope firm when they go to court tomorrow and ask Jamie be 86'd as conservator.
