Depends probably on the person. Some people burn fat more quicker than others. Also body type...

probably anywhere from 45 min to 1 hr.. 3-4 times a week..
Depends on your intensity and how much you're eating...weight training w. light to medium weights (depending on the number of reps) will help you see even more noticable results when you combine it w the cardio.. and do different types of cardio on each day if you can. Good luck! |

I would say 45 minutes at least 4 times a week
A good way to get 45 minutes in is to do 15 minutes of three different exercises, like 15 mins on the bike, 15 walking, and 15 on the elliptical. It makes the time go by a lot faster!

It varies from person to person and what you're eating. You can do cardio for an hour every day of the week but if your diet is garbage then you will have
a longggggggg wait to achieve the results you want. Eat clean so you don't have to spend so much time on the treadmill (or whatever cardio equipment you
like).
