I really wanna lose a few pounds and I was thinkin about tryin Zantrex 3...but I dont want to take something if its not gonna work at all!
Have any of u guys taken Zantrex 3?

"Faster weight loss! YES!" That commercial always makes me laugh.
I wouldn't take it. I took Fahrenheit and that messed me up bad. If I remember correctly its just varying high doses of caffeine which can irritate your stomach badly. Changing up your exercise routines regularly, eating properly, upping your cardio and stretching often will provide great results. You really don't need that crap. |

I've taken it and i'll never touch it again! I started shaking so bad that to hold a fork and and pick up food with it was a 10 min. process, not to
mention that keeping the food on the fork was a chore. My bones felt like they wanted to jump out of my skin and i couldn't stand still. It was awful and
scary. I wouldn't recommend taking it or any other diet pill for that matter. They're really not good for you. The best thing is to proportion your
meals and exercise. My bf is a fitness trainer so i get all the info from him.
