I have used Almays liquid liner for years!! Its the only liquid liner i could ever use!!

I'm a MAC girl but I absolutely LOVE the L'oreal Carbon black lineur intense it's got a felt tip and makes it soo easy to apply.

You should also try a felt pen liner. I used to use liquid until I discovered them and I've never went back.

i wanna be able to do the winged/cat eye but my powder wont give me even line plus the powder gets all over the eye

I love UD's liners--great color selection.
Also-- It's cheap, but Wet n Wild's liquid liners are really good. I'd recommend the one that isn't waterproof. For two bucks it's worth a try. |
